The AIREX® Balance-pad is twice as large as the Balance-pad Elite, permitting balance training in a whole new dimension as a result. The variety of exercises and the variations to make training more challenging has been expanded with the introduction of the Balance-pad XLarge. Its unique waffle texture on the upper and lower sides is slip-resistant on the one hand and simultaneously provides pleasant stimulation of the foot receptors during barefoot balance training, on the other hand. The thickness of 6 cm gives the Balance-pad XLarge the desired destabilizing characteristics. The Balance-pad XLarge is specially designed for office use.

In addition to its use as an active training tool, it offers the trainer good support when instructing. The smaller training area is ideal for one-legged and single-handed functional exercises as well as for dynamic training and it makes the Balance-pad Mini fit into any sports bag or hand luggage. Due to the comfortable, smooth surface, the Balance-pad is not entirely slip-resistant on smooth floors. We therefore recommend an AIREX® mat underneath as the ideal complement.

The Balance-pad Cloud sets more intense stimuli since it is far more unstable and shaky than any other predecessor of the AIREX® Balance-pad product line. These features are thanks to Cloud’s lower density in the foam composition.
